Ceram-P® sheaves and pulleys are used in the wire and cable industry

across the country. Sheave and pulley diameters custom machined

from 1.000” to 48.000”. Weather you need a prototype or a production

run we machined custom Ceram-P® sheaves to your specifications.

 

Ceram-P is ceramic filled UHMW recommended for high load and severe

sliding abrasion applications. Ceram-P® is a shatter resistant alternative

to sintered ceramic. Ceram-P® is more expensive than UHMW. 

Color is Lime Green. Temperature range: -60°F to 220°F
