OILON® Oil Filled Cast Nylon

Oil-filled nylon (Oilon®) has been especially developed for unlubricated,

highly loaded and slowly moving parts applications. Oilon® has been blended

with a none drying out lubricant which increase sliding benefits and can also

increase the life of bearings by 5 times in the heavy loaded applications. Oilon® lubricated cast nylon having a blended liquid lubricant system built in during the process stages. The blended lubricant contained with in the Oilon® Cast Nylon will not drain, machine, spin, leech or dry out and never needs replenishment.
