TORLON® 4645

 

B.I.R.S. Machine & Supply is a distributor of bearing grade Torlon® 4645 rod, sheet &

tube.

 

Torlon® 4645 wear resistant grade of polyamide-imide PAI, has been formulated to give outstanding wear resistance in lubricated wear applications. 

 

Torlon® PAI has the highest strength and stiffness of any thermoplastic up to 275C (525F). It has outstanding resistance to wear, creep and chemicals.

 

Applications include for TORLON® 4645 polyamide-imide include bobbins, bushings, thrust washers, transmission & gear box seal rings, clutch rollers, pistons and sliding vanes.
