UHMW-PE MOLDED STYLE "A" BEARING: STYLE 226

Two-piece double flange bearing for screw conveyor hanger with formed strap.

This hanger bearing is interchangeable with the following styles: 20A, 20B, 26B,

28A, 30, 50, 220, 226 228 and 326.

UHMW Hanger Bearings are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. UHMW Hanger Bearings are used in the agricultural, wastewater treatment, mining, feed, grain, chemical, food, ice, cotton gin, and fertilizer industries. These white bearings are FDA-compliant and can be used in tandem with stainless conveyors for food-grade applications. Of the commonly used plastic bearings, White Nylon, Nylatron, and UHMW hangar bearings are considered the best due to their wearability and they are the quietest of the three. The UHMW hanger bearing is self-lubricating, external lubrication is unnecessary and does not swell or absorb water.
